These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website hostnodexter.com (the “Website”) and your participation in retraining courses and related enrollment opportunities (the “Programs”). By using the Website or enrolling in a Program, you agree to these Terms.

If the Website enables a distance/electronic contract with consumers, before you submit an order we provide the required seller/executor identity and the pre-contract product/service information on the Website. Participation in the Programs may improve your skills, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Job placement, employer interviews, offers, wages, or employment duration are not guaranteed.
Any statements about potential results are informational only and depend on your effort, background, market conditions, and employer decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostnodexter and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Website or participation in the Programs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
If you provide personal data through the Website (e.g., enrollment/lead forms or contact requests), we process it in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law, including requirements regarding consent and privacy notice obligations.
